“The Latin American MBA Alumni Network (LAMBA) is a non-profit organization created by a group of Latin American MBAs graduates, from top business schools in Canada, in response to the need from corporations and business schools to connect with a growing community of professionals with Latin American background living in the country.

2. Provide assistance to Latin American MBA graduates in their professional and career development

3. Foster relationships between leading Canadian companies and Latin American MBA graduates

The LAMBA network comprises of more than 400 Latin American MBA graduates working in Canada with outstanding professional careers not only in their home countries, but also in Canada – 92% are either Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents.

LAMBA members benefit from access to networking events, career development opportunities, job leads and seminars with business leaders.  LAMBA partners reach an expanding network of professionals across different industries and access a targeted recruiting base – 47% of LAMBA alumni network have more than 10 years of working experience. As of today, LAMBA’s sponsors include three major financial institutions.
